The South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs has approved a Consumer Pamphlet, Consumer Loans: Your Rights and Responsibilities, pursuant to S.C. Code § 37-6-117(j). The pamphlet explains the rights and responsibilities of consumers who obtain loans under Title 37 and Title 34 from a licensed lender.
